Tampa Bay Area Knitters

The Bay Area Knitting Guild organizes a three-week yarn crawl spanning 11 shops across the Tampa Bay area. The extended window gives you plenty of time to visit at your own pace, and the crawl runs concurrently with the Sunkissed Fiber Festival, so there's a concentrated stretch of fiber arts activity in the region if you time it right. The guild keeps things going year-round with park knitting meetups, workshops, and regular community programming, so the crawl is one piece of a larger, active fiber community in west-central Florida.
