Stephenson County Fiber Art Fair

The Stephenson County Fiber Art Fair is a single-day event held at the Jane Addams Community Center in Cedarville, Illinois, now in its 30th year. Vendors offer fibers for spinning, finished yarn, dyes, books, equipment, handmade soap, baskets, and supplies for spinning, weaving, knitting, felting, dyeing, tatting, and crochet. Spinning and weaving demonstrations run throughout the day alongside workshops. The fair occasionally shifts its April date to avoid overlapping with other Midwest fiber events like YarnCon Chicago and the Greencastle Wool Event, so vendors and attendees can hit as many April shows as possible.
