Fiber Frenzy

Fiber Flurry is a single-day festival at Sikes Venue in Leonardville, Kansas, out in the Flint Hills region. Vendors cover the full range of natural fiber work, from raw roving and wool to finished accessories, with knitting, crochet, weaving, spinning, dyeing, and felting all represented. A midday fashion show features handmade garments constructed from natural fibers like wool, alpaca, and silk, which gives you a look at what people are actually making with the materials on the vendor tables. The venue has space set aside for attendees to bring their own projects and work alongside other makers, so there's room to settle in rather than just browse and go.
