Brooklyn Yarn Crawl

The Brooklyn Yarn Crawl connects five independent yarn shops across Brooklyn, keeping the whole event within borough limits. You can get between stops by subway or on foot, which gives the crawl a neighborhood-exploring feel. A stamp or challenge system ties the shops together, with a raffle for prizes along the way. The crawl kicks off with a PreCrawl Picnic, a meet-up where participants gather before dispersing to the shops. With only five stops all in one borough, it's a manageable crawl that works well as a day out rather than a multi-day road trip.
